This is just a simple static HTML page to demo how Mail My Form.com works. Below is a simple form, created in a standard WYSIWYG HTML editor. The field names demonstrate some of the kinds of validation you can apply with your Mail My Form.com account. You can of course name your fields whatever you want on your form, and you don't have to validate fields if you don't wish to.

None of the information is logged and we send the forms to an unmanned address, so feel free to type whatever you wish. For the purposes of this demo, any files you attach will not actually be uploaded.
